Informational Website

SpotCalc.com provides information about SpotCalc Pro and precious-metals calculation workflows. SpotCalc Pro is a browser-based precious-metals calculator, invoice, and export tool operated by Surette Systems, LLC.

Content, calculator results, invoice features, and exports are provided for informational and workflow purposes only. They are not appraisals, guaranteed offers, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, compliance advice, or a complete secondhand dealer compliance system.

Calculator and Market Data

Values are estimates only and may vary based on live market prices, testing, purity, dealer payout percentage, fees, taxes, and local compliance requirements.

Market prices, exchange rates, and embedded widgets may be supplied by third parties and may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or different from prices used by a buyer, refiner, dealer, exchange, or marketplace.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying item purity, weight, authenticity, ownership, pricing, taxes, customer identity obligations, secondhand dealer obligations, reporting obligations, and any other requirements that apply to your business or transaction.

Not a Compliance or Reporting System

SpotCalc Pro may help users organize calculator line items, customer information, invoice notes, offer values, and exports. It does not currently collect all information that may be required for Florida Chapter 538 or similar laws, and it does not submit reports to law enforcement, government agencies, tax authorities, or registration systems.

Users who operate pawn shops, jewelry stores, coin shops, secondhand businesses, precious-metals businesses, or similar operations remain responsible for their own licensing, registration, identification, recordkeeping, reporting, hold-period, tax, and local compliance obligations.

No Accounts or Payments on SpotCalc.com

SpotCalc.com is a public marketing and informational website. It does not currently provide public website account creation, checkout, subscriptions, or payment processing.

Intellectual Property

The SpotCalc.com website, branding, text, design, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Surette Systems, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the site materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpotCalc.com and Surette Systems, LLC are not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, market data, third-party services, interruptions, errors, or business decisions made using the website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Users may also have rights under other applicable laws.
